The Board of Directors are:

Michael Carr - Managing Director

Michael joined the NSG group in 1985. He initially worked on its various major industrial sites, fulfilling a variety of roles for the organisation before progressing to site manager of the company's Runcorn site, developing it into NSG's largest multi-discipline contract.
Michael was appointed Operations Director in 1997, overseeing successful long-term industrial contracts with a range of blue-chip clients, including Ineos Chlor Vinyls (ICI), Corus (British Steel), E-on (Powergen) and British Energy. More recently Michael has overseen Altrad NSG Limited's operations expanding to incorporate construction work for non-industrial clients and the company has been involved in a number of high profile developments in the north west of England.
Michael was appointed Managing Director of NSG UK Limited in 2007

Rob Trotter - Commercial Director

Rob joined the NSG group in 1985 and gained experience on some of the company's large industrial sites developing the administrative and commercial functions. Rob was appointed Business Support Manager at head office with responsibility for all commercial issues, including estimating and pricing along with IT systems and human resources.
Rob has regular contact with the key decision makers at the company's major clients via management board meetings. Altrad NSG Limited has developed long term collaborative open-book approaches and partnership agreements with key clients to which Rob has played a major part, incorporating the development of productivity monitoring and KPI reporting.
Rob was appointed Commercial Director of NSG UK Limited in 2007.

Rob Callaghan - Finance Director

Rob began his career at Langton Morland Chartered Accountants where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996. He was responsible for some of the firm's largest audits across a variety of industries and sectors.
Rob joined the NSG group in 1998 as Financial Controller and was responsible for developing the group reporting structure and implementation of new management information systems.
In addition to statutory and management reporting, Rob also has responsibility for credit control, purchasing, insurances and transport.
Rob was appointed Finance Director of NSG UK Limited in 2007.

  Tim Walker - Director

Tim joined NSG in 2000 after gaining a BSc Honours degree and post graduate certificate in Management from Nottingham Trent University. Tim started his career with NSG in the administration department at Ratcliffe Power Station in Nottingham. He then spent four years as a project manager, working across the nuclear, construction, pharmaceutical and power generation fields, before moving to Altrad NSG's Runcorn office as a manager, looking after all industrial clients across the North West of England and Wales. In 2011 Tim was made general manager with responsibility for managing the day to day running of Altrad NSG's operations across the UK, while also leading the company's HR, Health and Safety and Project Management departments.
