We aim to promote a positive safety culture throughout the company's workforce.  This positive culture is enhanced by our employee led behavioural safety scheme where our workforce are empowered to be responsible for their own and others health and safety.

Our line management accountability actively encourages our workforce to manage the SHEQ aspects within their sphere of responsibility. We invest in the training and development of our employees to ensure they are competent to carry out the tasks to which they are assigned.
